14. Limited Releases & Product Drops

No Fear Motocross may release products in limited quantities, exclusive colourways, or time-restricted “drops”.

  • These products are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and may sell out quickly.
  • Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee availability.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer, cancel duplicate or suspicious orders, and refuse bulk purchases at our discretion.
  • Orders placed during limited releases are final and cannot be modified once confirmed.
  • We do not guarantee restocks of limited release items.

No Fear Motocross reserves the right to manage and control all aspects of product releases to maintain brand integrity, fairness, and availability.

15. Resale & Anti-Diversion

Products purchased from No Fear Motocross via this Website are intended for personal use only and not for resale, redistribution, or commercial supply.

  • You must not resell, distribute, or supply our products to any third party in a commercial manner without prior written consent from No Fear Motocross.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders that we reasonably believe are intended for resale or unauthorised distribution.
  • We may limit quantities per customer, per household, or per order to prevent bulk purchasing and diversion.
  • We reserve the right to refuse future orders from customers who breach this clause.
