Shipping Policy
No Fear Motocross
Effective Date: 25 March 2026
1. Shipping Territory
No Fear Motocross ships exclusively within the United States of America.
We do not ship internationally. Customers located in Australia, New Zealand, Canada and the United Kingdom must purchase through the official authorized distributors in those regions.
Orders placed using freight forwarders, reshipping services, or any method intended to export products outside the United States may be refused, cancelled, or refunded at our sole discretion.
2. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays).
Orders placed after 12:00 PM (local warehouse time) will be processed the next business day.
We reserve the right to delay processing for:
- Fraud prevention checks
- Payment authorization
- High-volume periods (e.g., product launches or limited releases)
3. Shipping Methods & Carriers
Orders are shipped via recognized U.S. carriers, including:
- USPS
- UPS
- FedEx
Carrier selection is determined at checkout or by No Fear Motocross based on operational requirements.
4. Delivery Estimates (No Guarantee)
Estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
No Fear Motocross is not liable for delays caused by:
- Carrier service interruptions
- Weather events
- Force majeure events
- Incorrect address information
5. Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:
- Package weight and dimensions
- Destination
- Selected service level
All shipping fees are non-refundable, except where required by applicable U.S. law.
6. Title, Risk of Loss & UCC Compliance
In accordance with the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), title and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon delivery of the goods to the shipping carrier.
This means:
- Once the order leaves our facility, responsibility transfers to the customer
- Claims for loss or damage in transit must be made with the carrier
7. Delivery Confirmation & Porch Theft
Orders marked as “Delivered” by the carrier are considered fulfilled.
No Fear Motocross is not responsible for:
- Stolen packages after delivery
- Unattended deliveries
- Delivery to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
Customers are encouraged to select secure delivery options where available.
8. Address Accuracy & Failed Delivery
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If a package is:
- Returned due to incorrect address
- Refused by the recipient
- Undeliverable
We reserve the right to:
- Deduct return shipping and handling costs
- Charge re-shipping fees
- Issue partial refunds
9. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or arrives damaged:
- You must notify us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date
- Supporting evidence (photos, carrier claim, etc.) may be required
We reserve the right to:
- Investigate with the carrier before issuing replacement or refund
- Deny claims that are fraudulent or outside the reporting window
10. Split Shipments
Orders may be fulfilled in multiple shipments. No additional shipping charges will apply unless otherwise stated.
11. Pre-Orders & Limited Releases
For pre-orders or limited drops:
- Shipping dates are estimates only
- Delays may occur due to manufacturing, logistics, or demand
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept these potential delays.
12. Anti-Diversion & Resale Restriction
Products sold via No Fear Motocross are intended for end-user purchase only.
We reserve the right to:
- Cancel orders suspected of resale or unauthorized distribution
- Limit quantities per customer
- Refuse service to any party attempting to bypass authorized distribution channels
13. Compliance With U.S. Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights available to consumers under applicable U.S. federal or state consumer protection laws.
Where required by law:
- Remedies such as replacement, repair, or refund will be provided
- Certain limitations in this policy may not apply
14. Force Majeure
No Fear Motocross shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- War, terrorism, or civil unrest
- Labor disputes
- Supply chain disruptions
